Data Integrity and Erasure

Part of our initial assessment of providing a compliant service is to assess your Data Impact Assurance Level (DIAL) rating.

Prior to any IT Asset collection, the risk levels to determine your DIAL rating  are evaluated based on four factors:

• Threat (who wants your data)
• Categories of data (is it public data, confidential, or potentially business damaging?)
• Business Impact (brand damage, legal action?)
• Scope (single address, multiple addresses, split data collections)

When your IT assets can no longer be re-used internally, we will work with you to securely remove all data, update and/ or resell the assets and either credit or repay you for any income collected on your behalf.

Secure data erasure or disposal can be performed on a range of devices including:

• Mobile Phones
• Tablets
• Game console systems

We achieve this via a combination of sophisticated software tools and hardware shredding.

Once completed, you will receive our inventory and data sanitation report as standard.
